jewelry has shipped. Refunds are allowed within 30 days of shipment. Shipping charges are not
refundable. If you request a refund on full or ½ price items,
all earned “Purchase with Purchase” items must also be returned.
After 120 days,
a small replacement fee of $10 per item plus $9 shipping/handling is required. Exchanges for a
different item are not allowed after 120 days. An exchanged or replaced item is guaranteed for a
period of 120 days and is subject to replacement of the same item only.
Note: When exchanging a ½ price item within 120 days,
you may choose one new item at ½ price. If the new item costs more,
you pay the difference plus tax. If the new item costs less,
you’ll receive the difference as a gift card.
Note: A retired,
not featured in the current catalog,
out-of-stock item may be exchanged for a different item up to 1 full year from the purchase date.

Style Drops,
Steal of the Day,
Dazzle Drop,
Surprise Specials,
and other Special offers are guaranteed for 30 days. They are not exchangeable for different items.

Sparkle Box
You can replace a damaged Sparkle Box item within 120 days of your ship date at no cost. After 120
days,
replacements are available for $10 plus $9 shipping. Per our Terms &
Conditions,
refunds and exchanges aren’t offered. All replacements are while supplies last.
Lost Earring Policy
In the event a customer loses an earring,
they may replace their lost earring for half the retail price,
plus tax,
plus the replacement fee and shipping charges described above. The lost earring/replacement must be
requested on a “Customer Replacement Form”. This form,
along with the remaining earring,
receipt,
and payment should be sent to Park Lane’s customer service department.
Prepare Jewelry for Shipment
If returning more than one item, wrap each item individually. The jewelry item(s) must be shipped in a box or a padded envelope, with your RMA confirmation.
